Agroindustrial Financial Controller

This manager will:

  • be a business partner for Agro-industrial board of directors first as well as for other functions
  • manage controlling team of 4 persons
  • set up and maintain controlling procedures and tools
  • assure fidelity, timeliness and relevancy of management reporting
  • assure application of Bonduelle Group rules and procedures
  • prepare budget (CAPEX, OPEX)
  • be responsible for monthly, quarterly, yearly closing
  • conduct analysis of different aspects (gap costs actual vs std, nomenclature, processes, fixed costs improvement, ...)
  • perform investment projects financial modeling
  • support internal and external audit

Successful candidate for this role should:

  • have higher education
  • have 4-5 years of experience in industrial controlling (ideally with agro)
  • have people management experience
  • fluently speak Russian, English (French is a plus)
  • be openminded, proactive and be able to think out of the box
  • be hard worker
  • be good at Excell
  • be ready for business trips

  • Изучать и внедрять передовые методы возделывания овощных культур (зеленый горошек, сахарная кукуруза, озимый рапс, озимый ячмень, озимая пшеница, подсолнечник);
  • Разрабатывать и внедрять технологии по борьбе с вредителями, болезнями растений и сорняками;
  • Разрабатывать агротехнические мероприятия, направленные на повышение плодородия почв и увеличения урожайности овощных культур;
  • Разрабатывать планы по видам и количеству посадочных культур;
  • Проводить работу по выращиванию высококачественных сортовых семян и посадочного материала, созданию семенных фондов;
  • Организовать работу по подготовке почвы к посеву и посадке;
  • Разрабатывать мероприятия по приготовлению и внесению удобрений в почву;
  • Осуществлять контроль за подготовкой семян и посадочного материала;
  • Организовать работы по посеву овощных культур;
  • Разрабатывать планы (календарные графики) по уходу за посевами;
  • Контролировать выполнение работ по уборке, транспортировке к местам хранения и хранению собранного урожая;
  • В случае необходимости, проводить переговоры с поставщиками семян, средств защиты растений и другими контрагентами, вести и оформлять соответствующую документацию.


  • Высшее агрономическое образование;
  • Опыт работы на открытом грунте;
  • Опыт работы с зернобобовыми, озимыми, бобовыми, рапсом;
  • Водительские права категории В;
  • Знание иностранных языков будет преимуществом;

Brand Manager Frozen

For our worldwide famous family brand Bonduelle we are looking for a Brand manager, who will be responsible for growing our Frozen category dealing with full marketing mix.

Key goals for this role:

  • To develop Strategic Brand Innovation and communication plan for frozen category and to be a strong contributor to make this real and efficient.
  • To initiate and manage advertising and promo- campaigns in collaboration with marketing and trade-marketing teams and 3rd suppliers meet deadlines and high results.
  • To elaborate and implement Inno&Dev/NPD annual and strategic projects with all required legal doc-flow and sales-support materials. To provide all required R&D procedures (including consumer researches) and execute agreed package-redesign projects

Key responsilibities:

  • To develop the Brand in frozen category, strengthening brand position through the 360° marketing activities including brand assortment optimization and I&D initiatives, NPD launches, packaging development and media communication, consumer researches and brand analysis, promo and BTL activities.
  • Proactively monitor and manage brand performance as well as competitors’ activities and realize promo-plan in cooperation with sales and trade marketing team.
  • Regular contact and collaboration with R&D and I&D teams in Russia and HQ as well as with production agro&industry team to ensure consistent I&D process including all innovations, renovation of current assortment.
  • Management of agency-partners involved in brand projects (ATL, BTL, TTL, Researches) to ensure the highest quality of service and efficiency.
  • Propose, develop and implement brand action-plan within allocated budgets that reinforce brand health and achieve annual market share growth. Support Marketing manager in long term brand- and product strategy development in line with Company objectives.
  • Initiate all consumer-oriented marketing activities - media, sampling, alliances, endorsements, event marketing, etc. with tracking the effectiveness of communication campaigns and providing necessary optimizations.
  • Work closely with Digital and PR team as well as with Advertising agencies to execute integrated engaging campaigns that deliver high consumer response online and offline.
  • Manage day-to-day brand budget, including control of the processing and payment status, monthly reporting of the state of the budget.
  • Contribute to the creation of new initiatives including brand extensions, products and packaging. Search and develop consumer insights to activate and lead I&D process. Development and actualization of packaging in compliance with legislative and food-market trends.
  • Cooperation with all relevant departments (trade-marketing, sales, industry & agro, supply chain) and global team to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans and objectives.

Our expectations:

  • Higher degree and 3+ years experience on brand management position in FMCG consumer-centric companies with deep knowledge of NPD process and proven cases of successful launches (food preferably);
  • Upper intermediate/ Advanced in English, literate Russian written and oral;
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint user with ability to analyse AC Nielsen, GFK data and Brand-health components. Finance acumen with understanding P&L analysis and budgeting process;
  • Knowledge of Russian media&advertising landscape, media-planning and media efficiency figures, with proven effective cases in media & communication (national TV & Digital campaigns);
  • Creative, charismatic, pragmatic and flexible, multitasking with attention to detail, self-organized in time managent;
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiations skills, leadership and the ability to argue the opinion, initiative and self-starter to lead the projects and invlolve/inspire cross-functional teams
Finance business partner Topline

Reporting directly to Head of Business Analysis, we are looking for our Finance Business Partner for Sales and Marketing.
The candidate should provide the full finance support for Sales and Marketing Departments in terms of Volume, Price, Promo, Commercial conditions, External Marketing & Trade-marketing cost include but not limit: Budgeting, Plan vs Fact analysis, Estimate (YTG).

The candidate will be one of the main players in the following key company’s projects:

  • Intergated Business Planning process (include volume challenging)
  • Revenue management (include Promo Efficiency and Sales Force Automation)
  • New launches and innovations
  • P&L by products and client

The main responsibilities include but not limit:

  • Analyze variances vs budget, vs Last Year for BU P&L (volumes, price include price reductions and bonuses, mix, external marketing and trade-marketing cost)
  • Receive, analyze and challenge the marketing & sales projections and assumptions
  • Update financial forecast for Net Sales for current budget year and in 24 months cycle

We are looking for a candidate having:

  • 5 years’ experience in finance function (for sales and marketing) in Russia within International FMCG companies;
  • Deep understanding of a P&L statement and financial key figures;
  • Strong leadership ability, drive for change;
  • Evident cross-functional experience;
  • Ability to work and implement new IT Tools and new process;
  • Fluent in Russian and English.

The position is based in our Moscow office – but business trips to France and Krasnodar will be necessary.
